Site blueprints for the financier's personal tropical island included in the released materials.
Furthermore contained in this recent image drop is shown to be a property layout for Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier bought a smaller island - Little St James - back in 1998, but later purchased the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had created development schemes to transform the 161-acre island by erecting living quarters, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a reservoir.
Marked on the drawing is a local waterway, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the south-eastern section.
The site plan is marked up in handwritten red notes and features a legend identifying various sections of the property.
In addition to the main plan are what appear to be an additional nine property layouts and engineering blueprints, including designs for marina coverings.
Additional images released as part of the ongoing congressional process.
